Questions about MailOver
What does MailOver do?+
MailOver is an AI email secretary. It reads every email that lands in your inbox, writes a short title and summary, and sorts each one into Action Items, Highlights, or FYIs. You open it to a daily brief of what actually needs you, with the rest filed away, instead of a wall of unread mail.
Which email accounts can I connect?+
Gmail, Outlook, and any IMAP mailbox, including iCloud and Yahoo. You can connect more than one account, and MailOver builds a single view across all of them, so you read by priority instead of switching between inboxes.
Is MailOver free to try?+
Yes. You can start free with no card required and read your first brief the same day, on web and iOS. Paid plans scale with how many inboxes you connect and how much mail you process.
Does MailOver move or delete my email?+
Only when you tell it to. MailOver reads and organizes your mail inside its own app, and it does not change your actual mailbox on its own. The only changes it makes there are ones you take or set up yourself, like archiving, deleting, marking as read, or sending. Everything else stays exactly where it is. Your mail is stored with zero-access AES-256 encryption, and we never train on your email.
